Helpful bug reports

Include these details when they apply:

  1. The exact page URL and the control you used.
  2. Browser name and version, operating system, and device type.
  3. Input format, approximate dimensions, and approximate file size.
  4. The smallest sequence of steps that reproduces the problem.
  5. What you expected and what actually happened.

Do not attach private or sensitive images. A newly created, non-sensitive sample that triggers the same issue is enough. If the problem depends on a specific file, describe its technical properties before sending anything.

Security reports

For a potential vulnerability, use the subject Security report and include the affected URL, impact, reproduction steps, and a safe proof of concept. Do not include passwords, tokens, private keys, real personal data, or private images. Do not test against other users or disrupt service availability.

The security model explains which risks the local browser architecture reduces and which risks remain outside the site’s control.

What to expect

Messages are reviewed for relevance and reproducibility. A message may not receive an individual response if it is spam, a generic sales pitch, an unrelated link exchange, or a request to process prohibited material. There is no guaranteed response time or paid support agreement in the current release.

For self-service answers, start with the image tools directory, guides, privacy policy, or terms of use.
